Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
This policy explains how BellOpps collects, uses, and protects personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and Romanian Law no. 190/2018 on the implementation of the GDPR.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this website is PFA Bell Ionela Violeta, a Persoană Fizică Autorizată registered in Romania, CUI 54654438, registered office at Zărnești, Brașov County, 505800, Romania ("BellOpps", "we", "us").
For any question about this policy or your data, contact hello@bellopps.com.
2. What data we collect
This website does not run analytics, advertising, or visitor-tracking scripts of any kind. We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, specifically:
- Your name, email address, and the contents of any message you send us — when you email hello@bellopps.com or use a "Book a call" link.
- Basic technical server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, access times) retained automatically and briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes. We do not access or analyse these for marketing purposes.
3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis
We process your data to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps towards a contract with you — legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in running correspondence for our business).
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and is deleted or anonymised afterwards unless we are required to keep it for longer (for example, accounting records relating to a signed contract, which Romanian fiscal law requires to be kept for up to 10 years).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, strictly to deliver this website and our email service — currently Netlify (website hosting) and Microsoft 365 (email). These providers act as data processors under GDPR Article 28 and do not use your data for their own purposes.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@bellopps.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Romania's supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Cookies
This site uses minimal local browser storage, not tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
